口腔门诊消毒效果分析

目的分析口腔门诊的消毒效果,规范口腔门诊的消毒以及灭菌,加强消毒工作,防止口腔门诊医源性感染的发生。方法采用现场采集方法对多个口腔门诊的诊疗器械、消毒环境、消毒效果进行监测,总共选取符合要求的口腔门诊40家。结果通过监测得出40家口腔门诊的平均总合格率为92.13%,消毒级口腔门诊的诊疗器械的平均合格率97.5%,灭菌级口腔门诊诊疗器械平均合格率82.5%,室内空气平均合格率为85%,物体表面的平均合格率为95%,使用中消毒液的平均合格率为87.5%,紫外线灯的辐射强度的平均合格率为80%,口腔门诊医护人员人数的合格率为100%。结论通过检测,40家口腔门诊的消毒效果良好,但也存在少量的口腔门诊消毒灭菌设备不完善的情况,应加强改进。

Methods Using site acquisition method to detect medical instruments, environmental disinfection, disinfection ef ect, and overal selected the 40 dental clinic wbhich compliance with the requirements. Results In 40 dental clinics, the average total pass rate was 92.13%, the average pass rate of sterilization of medical instruments dental clinic level was 97.5%, with an average pass rate of sterilizing medical instruments dental clinic level 82.5%, the average qualified indoor air rate was 85%, the average pass rate was 95%surface, the average pass rate of use disinfectant was 87.5%, with an average intensity of ultraviolet light radiation passing rate of 80%, the number of qualified health care dental clinic was 100%. Conclusion Through testing, disinfection inn 40 Dental Clinic is good, but there is a smal number of dental clinic sterilization equipment imperfect, should be strengthened to improve.
