阴式子宫全切除术舒适护理体会

Comfort Nursing Experience for Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的：研究舒适护理干预阴式子宫全切除术的效果。方法搜集本院妇科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的48例需要进行子宫全切术的患者，根据护理方法不同分为甲、乙组，甲组采取舒适护理，乙组采取基础护理，对比两组护理结果。结果（1）两组比较，甲组患者的护理有效率96.0%（24/25），高于乙组82.6%（19/23），P〈0.05；（2）实验组患者的满意度100%，高于对照组91.3%，P〈0.05；（3）并发症的发生情况对比，甲组发生率8.0%（2/25），低于乙组17.4%（4/23），P〈0.05。结论舒适护理干预阴式子宫全切除术的临床效果显著，可以有效提高患者的满意度和护理有效率，减少并发症的发生。

Objective Clinical comfort nursing experience of vaginal hysterectomy is to be studied. Methods Chose 48 patients who need vaginal hysterectomy in Gynecology department from January 2014 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups according to dif erent nursing methods. Patients in Group A was given comfort nursing,while patients in Group B was given elementary nursing and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results（1） patients’nursing ef icacy in study group was 96.0%（24/25）,which was much higher than 82.6%（19/23）in Group B,P＆lt;0.05,（2）patients’satisfaction rate was 100%in Group A,which was much higher than 91.3%in Group B,P＆lt;0.05,（3）Complication incidence was 8.0%in Group A（2/25）,which was much lower than 17.4%（4/23）in Group B,P＆lt;0.05. Conclusion Comfort nursing is of clinical ef icacy for patients operated with vaginal hysterectomy,it is conducive to increasing patients’treatment satisfaction rate and treatment ef icacy,and reducing complication incidence.
