综合护理干预对根治性前列腺切除术后尿失禁的影响

Nursing Intervention of Urinary Incontinence Patients After Radical Prostatectomy

目的：探讨综合护理干预措施对根治性前列腺切除尿失禁的影响。方法选择我院2011年11月～2014年12月治疗的前列腺癌患者60例，采用双盲法分为治疗组与对照组各30例，术后对照组行基本治疗和常规护理，在此基础上治疗组加用盆底肌锻炼、膀胱功能锻炼、心理干预等综合护理干预措施。观察两组患者术后尿失禁的发生率。结果治疗组术后尿失禁发病率为3.3%，对照组为16.7%，两组组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根治性前列腺切除术后盆底肌锻炼与心理干预能有效减少尿失禁的发生，改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention measures of radical prostatectomy incontinence. Methods Chose 60 patients with prostate cancer from November 2011 to December 2014,using the double blind method divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,control group received basic treatment and conventional nursing,treatment group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures such as pelvic floor muscle exercise, bladder function exercise,psychological intervention. The incidence of urinary incontinence were observed. Results Incidence of postoperative incontinence in treatment group was 3.3%,the control group was 16.7%,the dif erence was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle exercise after radical prostatectomy and psychological intervention can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of urinary incontinence,to improve the patients’quality of life.
