前置胎盘患者的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Patients With Placenta Previa

目的：探究前置胎盘患者在治疗中应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2015年1月收治的36例前置胎盘患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组22例给予综合护理，对照组14例选择常规的护理措施，观察患者护理后的身体情况。结果实验组患者护理满意度为95.45%，对照组患者护理满意度为78.57%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论前置胎盘患者在临床中采取综合护理，能够对病情进行及时控制和治疗，并对存在问题及时采取干预措施，缓解心理压力，提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore nursing method and its effect in treatment of patients with placenta previa. Methods Chose 36 patients of placenta previa who were treated in hospital from March 2013 to January 2015 and separated them into two groups at random, 22 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing and 14 patients in control group were given conventional nursing, and then made a comparative study on patients’physical state between two groups. Results Patients’satisfaction rate in study group was up to 95.45%, while patients’satisfaction rate in control group was up to 78.57%, there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients of placenta previa, comprehensive nursing is conducive to keeping their il ness in control timely, it is effective to relieve patients’psychological pressure and increase treatment efficacy.
