健康教育在儿童保健门诊中的护理效果观察

Observation on Nursing Effect of Health Care Education in Child Health Clinics

目的：探讨健康教育在儿童保健门诊中的护理效果及方法。方法以2012年12月～2013年12月本院儿童保健门诊收治的240例患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在此基础上加强儿童保健健康教育，对比分析两组患儿家长的焦虑程度、不确定感及护理满意度。结果实验组患儿家长在焦虑程度、不确定感上均低于对照组，且在护理满意度上优于对照组，P〈0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育在儿童保健门诊护理中有着良好效果。

Objective To explore the effect of health education and nursing in children health care in the outpatient service. Methods From December 2012 to December 2013,240 children admitted to our hospital were chosen for research object,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given child care health education,comparative analysed two groups of children with anxiety,uncertainty and nursing satisfaction. Results In the experimental group,parents in the degree of anxiety,uncertainty were lower than that of the control group,and better than the control group on nursing satisfaction,P〈0.05,with significant difference. Conclusion Health education has a good effect in the child health clinic nursing.
