基于坐位肌肉注射的关键问题探讨

目的探讨坐位肌肉注射的关键问题及改进措施。方法以180例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,均接受坐位肌肉注射,对照组按照常规方法进行注射,观察组在对照组基础上采取针对性方法注射,对比两组并发症情况及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的27.78%;护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在坐位肌肉注射过程中分析其关键所在,并采取有效的注射方法,可减少并发症,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the key problems and improvement measures of intramuscular injection seat. Methods 180 cases of seat of intramuscular injection of patients were randomly divided into two groups, based on the conventional method of injection in the control group, the observation group used targeted injection, compared complications and nursing satisfaction in two groups. Results The incidence of complication was 6.67%, in observation group, 27.78% in control group, and 75.56% in nursing satisfaction, which was higher than that in control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion In the process ofseat intrantuscular injection, taking effective injection method can reduce the complications, improve the satisfaction of patients.
