湿性敷料用于感染伤口换药的效果观察及护理

Observation on the Effect and Nursing Care of Urgotul Used for Infected Wound Dressing Changes

目的：观察湿性敷料（优拓）用于感染伤口换药的治疗效果及有针对性的护理措施。方法将100例感染伤口患者分为观察组和对照组各50例，观察组消毒伤口后将优拓敷料覆盖在创面上，再以无菌纱布覆盖并用胶布固定，2～3天换药一次；对照组按照传统方法，消毒伤口后根据具体情况用凡士林或无菌纱布覆盖，并用胶布固定，2～3天换药一次。两组的观察和护理均由同一护士进行。结果两种方法比较：观察组挫伤伤口愈合时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05），换药时疼痛轻，不粘伤口，出血少（P〈0.01），且感染率降低。结论优拓敷料具有使用方便，促进伤口愈合，更换无痛，安全有效，经济实用等特点。

Objective To observe the effect of Urgotul dressing changes for infected wound and targeted nursing measures. Methods 100 patients with infected wound were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. In the observation group,Urgotul was used on the disinfected wound,then covered with sterile gauze and fixed with adhesive tape,the dressing was changed every 2~3 days.The control group were used traditional method,disinfected wound covered with Vaseline or covered with sterile gauze according to the specific situation,and fixed with adhesive tape,the dressing was changed every 2~3 days. Observation and nursing of two groups were performed by the same nurse. Results The wound healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. When changed the medicine,patients felt light pain. The wound was non stick and less bleeding（P〈0.01）. The infection rate was reduced. Conclusion The Urgotul dressing has the advantages of easy to use,promoting wound healing,replacement of painless,safe and effective,economical and practical.
