摘要
目的越来越多的研究证实炎症与动脉粥样硬化的形成相关,为了寻找足够敏感性和特异性的炎症指标,既可阐明致病机制,又可用于临床实践,现对PTX3与CRP的相关特性进行系统回顾。方法通过回顾动脉粥样炎症过程、CRP在动脉粥样过程中的作用、PTX3在动脉粥样过程中的作用以及CRP与PTX3作为动脉粥样硬化生物标志物在临床上的应用。结果通过对比,可推论作为结构相似的炎症急相期蛋白,分子结构更大的PTX3更早的参与到了动脉粥样的炎症过程,可能起到保护作用。结论 PTX3间接刺激了CRP的产生,而CRP的产生亦进一步刺激PTX3的产生。
Objective To study the formation of more and more associated inflammation and atherosclerosis, in order to find enough sensitivity and specificity of the markers of inflammation, which can explain the pathogenic mechanism, but also can be used in clinical practice, the correlation properties of PTX3 and CRP systematic review. Methods Through the review of atherosclerotic inflammation in atherosclerotic process, CRP process, PTX3 in the atherosclerotic process and application of CRP and PTX3 as biomarkers of atherosclerosis in clinic. Results By comparison, can be inferred as a structure similar to acute phase inflammatory protein, the molecular structure of PTX3 seems to be more involved in the inflammatory process of early atherosclerosis, may play a protective role. Conclusion PTX3 indirectly stimulate the production of CRP, and CRP have also further stimulate the production of PTX3.
