白细胞数、中性粒细胞比率及超敏CRP在儿科呼吸道感染性疾病中的临床应用价值

The Clinical Application of Leukocyte Count and Neutrophil Ratio and CRP in Pediatric Respiratory Tract Infections

目的探讨白细胞数、中性粒细胞比率及hs-CRP在儿科呼吸道感染性疾病中的临床应用价值。方法选择180例呼吸道感染的患儿,分为支原体感染组、病毒感染组及细菌感染组。分析患者初次就医时和五天的规则治疗后患者hs-CRP、中性粒细胞和白细胞的阳性率。结果三组患儿初次就诊时阳性率均高于对照组,且细菌组白细胞总数、中性粒细胞比例及hs-CRP阳性率均高于其他两组。结论当联合检测hsCRP、白细胞及中性粒细胞时可提高诊断呼吸道感染的准确度。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of WBC, neutrophil ratio and hs-CRP in pediatric respiratory infection.Methods 180 cases of children with respiratory infection were chosen, divided into mycoplasma infection group, viral infection group and bacterial infection group. The positive rate of hs-CRP, neutrophils and WBC was analyzed after the treatment of the initial medical treatment and five days of the patients.ResultsThree groups of children at the first diagnosis positive rate was higher than the control group. WBC, neutrophil ratio and hs-CRP positive rate was higher than others.Conclusion Combined with WBC, neutrophil ratio and hs-CRP can improve the accuracy of respiratory tract infections.
