肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-17和IL-23表达的变化及作用

The Changes and Effects of Serum IL-17 and IL-23 in Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的探究肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-17和IL-23表达的变化及作用。方法选取我院在2013年12月～2014年12月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿40例，设为观察组，选取40例健康儿童，设为对照组，检测两组受试者血清中IL-17、IL-23和C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组在治疗前血清中IL-17、IL-23水平高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组在治疗后血清中IL-17、IL-23水平低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（△P＜0.05）。治疗前观察组C反应蛋白异常率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论检测肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-17、IL-23水平对了解疾病的进展和疗效有一定的临床意义，可作为肺炎支原体肺炎患儿病情发展、转归的评价指标。

Objective To explore the mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with serum IL - 17 and IL - 23 expression changes and function. Methods40 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae in December＆amp;nbsp;2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were chosen, as observation group, 40 cases of healthy children were chosen, as control group, the detection of serum IL - 17, the two groups IL - 23 and c-reactive protein levels. ResultsObservation group before treatment the serum level of IL - 17, IL- 23 is signiifcantly higher than the control group, difference has statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）, and the observation group after treatment serum IL- 17, IL - 23 were signiifcantly lower than before the treatment, statistically significant differences （△P〈0.05）. Treatment group before c-reactive protein abnormal rate is significantly higher than the control group, difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Detection of serum IL - children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, IL-17, IL - 23 level to understand the progress of the disease and curative effect has a certain clinical significance, can be used as mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with the disease development and outcome of the evaluation index.
