孕早期人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平分析

The Analysis of Early Pregnancy Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Level

目的分析孕早期人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平。方法将我院进行人绒毛膜促性腺激素检查的678例孕早期女性按照病史、妇科检查、B超检查结果分为正常妊娠组,先兆流产组,胚停组,异位妊娠组,然后对所有孕早期女性进行β-HCG水平测定。结果四组第六周的β-HCG均高于第五周,呈逐渐上升的趋势。先兆流产组、胚停组和异位妊娠组第五、第六周β-HCG值及48 h倍增率均低于同期正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕早期血清HCG水平检测对于先兆流产、异位妊娠等的诊断、鉴别诊断、转归、预后,避免过度治疗或过分保胎形成过期流产继发凝血功能障碍有重要的临床意义。

Objective Analysis early pregnancy human chorionic gonadotropin level.Methods678 cases of early pregnancy human chorionic gonadotropin in our hospital were divided into normal pregnancy, threatened abortion, embryo stop the group, ectopic pregnancy group according to history, gynecological examination, B-ultrasound, all early pregnant women were measured early β-HCG level.ResultsFour groups of six weeks of β-HCG were significantly higher than the fifth week, showed an increasing trend. Threatened abortion group, the embryos stop group and ectopic pregnancy group iffth and sixth weeks of β-HCG value and 48 h were significantly lower than doubled over the same period in normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It has important clinical significance for Trimester serum HCG level detection for threatened abortion, ectopic pregnancy, such as diagnosis, differential diagnosis, prognosis, prognosis, can avoid over-treatment or excessive formation of missed abortion miscarriage secondary coagulopathy.
