摘要
目的运用超声心动图动态观察同种原位心脏移植患者术后心内结构、血流、心功能及心包积液的变化。方法应用飞利浦IE33超声诊断仪对6例心脏移植患者进行术后超声动态监测,常规测量各心室腔内径、室壁厚度、主、肺动脉内径、瓣膜反流、心包积液及评估肺动脉收缩压。结果心脏移植患者术后,超声心动图有着特征性的改变,心内结构、血流及心包积液的改变提示急性排斥反应。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图能动态监测移植术后患者各项指标改变,指导临床积极制定治疗方案,及时挽救患者生命。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of echocardiography in cardiac structure, blood lfow, cardiac function and pericardial effusion after heart transplantation in allogeneic orthotopic using ultrasound. Methods The application of PHILPS IE33 ultrasonography of the 6 cases of heart transplantation in patients with postoperative ultrasound dynamic monitoring, routine measurement of the ventricular cavity diameter, wall thickness, the main pulmonary artery diameter, valvular regurgitation, pericardial effusion and evaluation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure. Results The patients after heart transplantation, echocardiography has a characteristic change, the structure of the heart, blood and pericardial effusion changes suggestive of acute rejection. Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography can change each index in patients with dynamic monitoring after transplantation, the positive guiding clinical treatment plan, in time to save the lives of patients.
