摘要
目的探讨硬膜外麻醉的意外及并发症。方法回顾性分析我院实行硬膜外麻醉手术的患者398例,对其临床资料进行总结分析。结果硬膜外麻醉的意外及并发症与患者的耐受力及医师的操作技术有关。结论加强防止硬膜外麻醉的意外及并发症的发生,提高患者术后的生命质量。
Objective To investigate the accident and complication of epidural anesthesia.Methods 398 cases of epidural anesthesia surgery were analyzed, the clinical data were summarized and analyzed.ResultsThe operationtolerance and medical accidents and complications in patients withepidural anesthesia.Conclusion To strengthen the prevention of epidural anesthesia and the occurrence of accidents and complications, improve the quality of life after surgery.
