180例胎膜早破对母婴的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Premature Rupture of Membranes on the Mother and Infant in 180 Cases

目的对比分析胎膜早破对母婴的影响。方法选择足月胎膜早破分娩产妇180例,设为研究组,同时选择足月胎膜未早破正常分娩产妇180例,设为对照组。结果研究组与对照组两组比较,足月胎膜早破分娩产妇组母婴异常情况发生率高于足月胎膜未早破正常分娩产妇组,P<0.05。结论胎膜早破是影响妊娠结局的原因之一。

Objective To compare the impact of premature rupture of membranes on maternal and child analysis.Methods 180 cases of premature rupture of membranes birth mothers were chosen, to the study group, and select no premature rupture of membranes at term normal delivery of maternal 180 cases, as the control group.Results The study group compared with thecontrol groups, premature rupture of membranes group maternal maternal birth anomalies was higher than full-term normal delivery of premature rupture of membranes not mothers group,P 〈0.05.ConclusionPremature rupture of membranes is one of the reasons inlfuence pregnancy outcome.
