胸科钢丝环扎结合髌骨爪治疗髌骨严重星形骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Patella to Treat Patella Fracture With Severe Chest Steelwiring Star

目的：探究钢丝环扎结合髌骨爪治疗髌骨严重星形骨折的疗效。方法依照自愿的原则在我院选取100例髌骨粉碎性骨折的患者，并将其随机分为A、B两组，每组各50例。A组：采取钢丝环扎结合髌骨爪法进行治疗。B组：采用克氏针钢丝张力带配合钢丝环形法。观察两组的临床疗效。结果对参与研究的术后患者进行随访12～48个月，全部的骨折患者愈合情况良好。骨折愈合的平均时间是（7.2±0.6）周，患者的膝关节功能恢复正常，未出现髌骨爪断裂、脱落和感染、排斥反应等术后不良反应。A组的总有效率为96%，B组为86%，二者的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论钢丝环扎结合髌骨爪治疗髌骨严重星形骨折疗效显著。

Objective Inquiry wire cerclage combined patella patellar fractures serious star treatment.MethodsIn accordance with the principle of voluntary selection in our hospital 100 cases of patellar fractures in patients, and were randomly divided into A, B groups, 50 cases in each group. A group total effective rate of 96%, group B was 86%, a statistically signiifcant difference between the two （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined with the effect of steel wire cerclage patella to treat patella fracture serious star is signiifcant.
