静脉补液治疗30例妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Intravenous Fluid Infusion in 30 Cases of Late Pregnancy

目的探究静脉补液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床疗效。方法我院妇产科以"妊娠晚期、羊水过少"为诊断的产妇60例,随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予静脉补液,1次/d,2 500 ml/次左右,补液持续5 d,对照组不采用静脉补液治疗,比较治疗后两组AFI及妊娠结局差异。结果治疗组AFI高于本组治疗前和对照组治疗后,围产儿宫内窘迫、羊水粪染、新生儿窒息的发生率和剖宫产率均低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉补液治疗能有效增加妊娠晚期羊水过少孕妇的羊水量,改善妊娠结局,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravenous infusion in treatment of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy.Methods 60 cases of maternal with the diagnosis of ＆quot;late pregnancy and amniotic fluid＆quot; in our hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was givenintravenous infusion, 1 times/d, 2 500 ml/ time, continuous 5 d infusion, the control group without the use of intravenous fluid therapy, two groups of AFI after treatment and pregnancy the outcome differences.Results The treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that of the AFI group before the treatment and after the treatment in the control group, the perinatal fetal distress, meconium stained amniotic fluid, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statisticaly signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIntravenous lfuid therapy can effectively increase the amount of amniotic lfuid oligohydramnios in late pregnancy women, improve the pregnancy outcome, has good clinical application value.
