股骨转子间骨折并骨质疏松手术治疗临床观察

摘要 目的探讨不同手术方法治疗股骨转子间骨折并骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院收治的68例股骨转子间骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,观察组采用螺旋刀片型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗,对照组采用动力髋部螺纹钉(DHS)治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及Harris功能评分均低于对照组。结论螺旋刀片型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效确切,具有创伤小。内固定可靠等优点。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different operation methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures and osteoporosis.Methods 68 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated were analyzed in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group, the observation group with spiral blade proximal femoral nail (PFNA) treatment, the control group using dynamic hip screw (DHS) treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The operation time of the observation group, amount of bleeding, fracture healing time and Harris score were lower than the control group.ConclusionSpiral blade proximal femoral nail (PFNA) for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with less trauma. Curative effect is exact, reliable ifxation and other advantages.
