锁定接骨板加植骨治疗锁骨骨折骨不连疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Locking Plate and Bone Graft in the Treatment of Clavicle Fracture Nonunion

目的探讨锁定加压接骨板加植骨治疗锁骨骨折骨不连的疗效。方法随机将我院收治的100例锁骨骨折骨不连患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组行锁定加压接骨板加植骨治疗,对照组行常规方法治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组骨折平均愈合时间、肩关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压接骨板加植骨治疗锁骨骨折骨不连效果良好,能够缓解患者症状,改善患者生活质量。

Objective Explore the locking compression plate and bone graft in the treatment of non Union of clavicular fractures treatment. MethodsRandom retrospectively of 100 cases of nonUnion of clavicular fractures were divided into two groups and the control group, each group of 50 cases. Observer group row locking compression plate and bone graft in the treatment and control groups treated with conventional methods, comparative clinical efficacy.ResultsObserve group average fracture healing time, shoulder joint function recovery was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Locking compression plate and bone graft in the treatment of nonUnion of clavicular fractures result is good, can significantly relieve symptoms, improve the quality of life.
