可吸收螺钉与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of Absorbable Screws and Tension Band of Wire Tension Band for Patellar Fractures

目的：对可吸收螺钉与克氏针张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效进行对比分析。方法选取于2014年2～12月期间在我院接受治疗的48例髌骨骨折患者，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对克氏针张力带与可吸收螺钉治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效进行对照研究。结果治疗组患者的优良率高于对照组，并且术后恢复情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用可吸收螺钉治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果优于克氏针张力带，大大缩短了骨折愈合时间并且关节功能恢复更理想。

Objective Clinical effects of absorbable screw and Kirchner tension band in treatment of patellar fracture are to be comparatively studied.Methods 48 patients of patellar fracture who are received and treated were chosen in hospital from February 2014 to December and separate them into study group and control group at random which are given absorbable screw treatment and Kirchner tension band treatment respectively, and then make a comparative study on clinical treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group, besides, patients’ recovery in study group is much better, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFor treatment of patellar fracture, absorbable screw treatment is preferred than Kirchner tension band, the former is conducive to shortening fracture recovery time and improving joint function recovery.
