腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤临床术式对比研究

Comparative Study on the Surgery of Laparoscopic Treating Uterine Myoma

目的评价腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤改良缝合法的临床疗效。方法选择腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者76例,分别予传统缝合法和改良缝合法,采用术中出血量及手术操作时间评价疗效。结果与传统缝合法比较,腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者行改良缝合法后术中出血量更少,手术操作时间更短,P均<0.05。结论腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者行改良缝合法具有更好的效果。

Objective To evaluate the efifcacy of the improvement suture of the surgery of laparoscopic treating uterine myoma.Methods76 patients with uterine ifbroids were selected to receive laparoscopic treatment, given the traditional suture and improved suture. The effect of intraoperative blood loss and operation time were evaluated.Results Compared with the traditional suture, the patients with myoma of uterus that were laparoscopic surgery were less bleeding during operation, and were used shorter operating time,P〈0.05.Conclusion The improvement suture of laparoscopic show better clinical efficacy to the patients with myoma of uterus.
