巨大卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤合并盆腔子宫内膜异位症1例

A Case of Giant Ovarian Mucinous Cystadenoma With Pelvic Endometriosis

目的观察治疗巨大卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤合并盆腔子宫内膜异位症。方法我院收治此病患者一例,对其行剖腹探查术进行切除治疗,手术后给予抗炎治疗。结果患者术后7日安全出院。结论卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤虽是常见的良性肿瘤,但一经确诊,亦应及早手术。

Objective To observe the treatment of giant ovarian mucous sex pouch adenoma with pelvic endometriosis.MethodsOur hospital patients with the disease case, laparotomy was uneffective resection, postoperative anti-inflammatory therapy.Results The patients with postoperative 7 security out of the hospital. ConclusionOvarian mucous sex pouch adenoma is a common benign tumor, once confirmed, even for benign,should also be early surgery.
