摘要
目的：对4例妊娠糖尿病（GDM）及2例糖尿病合并妊娠患者全程管理过程进行总结。方法由内分泌科、产科对GDM及糖尿病并妊娠患者进行饮食、运动、胰血糖岛素治疗及产科全程管理。结果2例胰岛素泵治疗血糖达标，4例采用4针胰岛素强化方案血糖达标。均达到足月，2例剖宫产，为第二胎，4例顺产，其中2例为第一胎，2例为第二胎。胎儿Apgar评分均为9分，胎儿体重为3000～3750 g。结论对GDM及时诊断，尽早开展全程多学科、规范化管理可获得良好的妊娠结局，糖尿病合并妊娠采用同样方法，也可同样获益。
Objective To sum up the whole course of 4 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and 2 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus with pregnancy.Methods The treatment of diet, exercise, glucagon and the whole course of treatment for the patients with GDM and diabetes mellitus were treated in Department of Endocrinology and obstetrics.Results2 cases of insulin pump in the treatment of blood glucose, 4 cases with 4 lood glucose insulin solution. Reached the term, 2 cases of cesareanse ction, for the second, in 4 cases of normal labor, including 2 cas es of the first child, 2 cases of the second. Fetal Apgar score was 9, fetal weight was 3 000～3 750 g.ConclusionThe diagnosis of GDM, as soon as possible to carry out the entire multidisciplinary, standardized＆amp;nbsp;management can obtain a good outcome of pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus by using the same method, can also beneift.
