摘要
目的总结和分析糖尿病治疗过程中药物合理使用的情况,以便更好的指导患者用药。方法结合糖尿病患者治疗过程中的治疗目标,对糖尿病患者的药物合理使用的原则和药物的具体选用进行了分析。结果糖尿病患者药物治疗过程中,治疗药物的合理性主要表现在对患者胰岛素细胞的刺激和改善患者胰岛素敏感性两个方面。结论在治疗糖尿病患者过程中,在药物选择的原则的标准下,合理的选用药物治疗糖尿病具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective Summary and analysis of the course of treatment of diabetes rational use of drugs, in order to better guide the patient medication.MethodsCombination therapy of diabetic patients during treatment goals, principles and speciifc selection diabetes drug rational use of medicines analyzed. Results Diabetes drug treatment, drug treatment is reasonable mainly in patients with insulin-stimulated cells and improve insulin sensitivity in two ways.Conclusion In the course of the treatment of diabetic patients in the standard drug selection principles, the rational selection of drugs to treat diabetes has important clinical signiifcance.
