赖诺普利治疗高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Lisinopril in Hypertensive Patients With Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的研究和观察赖诺普利治疗高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法本次临床治疗研究选取了在本院接受治疗的65例高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象。将65例患者随机分为对照组33例和实验组32例,对照组采用硝苯地平进行治疗,实验组采用赖诺普利进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的血压、6 min步行试验等指标。结果实验组的患者血压水平、6 min步行试验等指标均优于对照组的患者,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赖诺普利治疗高血压合并慢性充血性心力衰竭具有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To research the clinical effect of lisinopril and treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure.Methods 65 patients with hypertension combined with chronic congestive heart failure were selected as the study object in our hospital. 65 patients were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases and 32 cases in the experimental group, the control group treated with nifedipine treatment, the experimental group used depends on if the treatment, compared two groups of patients after treatment, the blood pressure of 6 min walking test index.Results The experimental group patients with blood pressure levels, 6 min walk test were higher than those of patients in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lisinopril in hypertensive patients with chronic congestive heart failure has good clinical effect.
