甲亢合并糖尿病患者的治疗方法及效果

Treatment and Effect of Hyperthyroidism Combined With Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨甲亢合并糖尿病患者的治疗方法及临床效果。方法收集2013年2月～2014年2月来我院接受治疗的44例甲亢合并糖尿病患者，对其展开研究，体重正常及过高患者采用合理的胰岛素及双胍类增敏剂治疗；体重较轻者给予α葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和磺脲类降糖药物治疗，消瘦糖尿病患者初期使用46 U/d的胰岛素治疗，观察44例患者治疗效果。结果44例患者治疗后，空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖含量都比治疗前低，且治疗后FT3、FT4各数据低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论甲亢与糖尿病临床表现有诸多相似之处，根据患者的临床表现进行研究和分析，能提升甲亢合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes mellitus method and clinical effect.Methods 44 cases of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes were selected from February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital and study, patients with high normal weight and adopt reasonable insulin and metformin sensitization agent, weight is light person give alpha glycosidase inhibitor and sulfonylureas hypoglycemic drug therapy, angular early diabetic patients with 46 U /d of insulin treatment, observation of 44 patients with therapeutic effect. Results44 patients after treatment, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose levels are lower than before treatment, 2 h after treatment and FT3, FT4 signiifcantly lower than the data before the treatment, statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hyperthyroidism clinical manifestations have many similarities with diabetes, according to the study and analysis of the clinical manifestations of patients with can improve the therapeutic effect of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes mellitus.
