探究阿托伐他汀结合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

To Explore Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Combined With Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的：研究阿托伐他汀结合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法选取我院在2013年9月～2014年11月间收治的92例不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料，将患者分为两组，每组各46例病例。比较两组患者的治疗效果与治疗前后血脂指标（LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC）变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%，对照组治疗总有效率为78.26%。与对照组相较，观察组的治疗效果更好，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论利用阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用对不稳定心绞痛患者进行治疗，可以取得显著的临床疗效，改善患者血脂指标。

Objective To study the combination of atorvastatin trimetazidine treatment of unstable angina effect.Methods Clinical data in our hospital in September 2013 to November 2014, 92 cases were treated in patients with unstable angina, patients were divided into two groups, 46 cases of patients in each group. Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after treatment and treatment serum lipids （LDL-C, HDL-C, TG, TC） changes. Observation group total effective rate was 95.65% in the control group the total effective rate 78.26%. Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the observation group better comparison was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionAtorvastatin and trimetazidine combination treatment for patients with unstable angina, can achieve signiifcant clinical efifcacy, improve patient serum lipids.
