摘要
目的在治疗高血压伴高血脂患者时应用氨氯地平同银杏叶片联合的治疗方法,并对其临床治疗的效果进行观察与分析。方法选取在我院进行治疗的高血压伴有高血脂症状的患者92例平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者采取氨氯地平同辛伐他汀联合的治疗方法,观察组患者采用氨氯地平同银杏叶片联合的治疗方法。结果经过治疗后,对照组患者降压的总有效率及各项检查指标低于观察组。结论在对高血压伴有高脂血症的患者进行治疗时应使用氨氯地平同银杏叶片联合的治疗方法,其有着较好的临床治疗效果。
Objective In the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia in patients with application of amlodipine combined with ginkgo tablet, observe and analyze the clinical treatment and the effect of. Methods Treatment of hypertension accompanied by hyperlipemia symptoms in our hospital 92 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control method of treatment of amlodipine combined with simvastatin group was given, the observation group were treated with amlodipine treatment combined with ginkgo tablet.Results After treatment, the patients in the control group total response rate and the check index lower than the observation group.Conclusion The treatment with amlodipine combined with ginkgo tablet should be carried out in the treatment of essential hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia patients, the clinical treatment effect is very ideal.
