2型糖尿病社区规范化管理的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Community Standardized Management for Type 2 Diabetes

目的：观察和分析2型糖尿病社区规范化管理的效果。方法将纳入社区规范化管理的2型糖尿病患者43例作为观察组，未进行社区规范化管理的2型糖尿病患者41例作为对照组，比较两组患者经6～12个月管理前后血糖控制满意率、依从性及糖尿病相关知识知晓情况。结果观察组管理后血糖控制满意率、患者依从性及相关知识知晓率与对照组管理后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区规范化管理2型糖尿病使糖尿病的防治更加科学。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of community standardized management in type 2 diabetes.Methods 43 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with community standardized management were chosen as observation group, no community standardization management of 41 patients as control group. To compare satisfaction rate of blood glucose control, compliance, diabetes knowledge before and after 6～12 months management. Results There was statistical significance in satisfaction rate of blood glucose control, compliance, diabetes knowledge after management between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion To take community standardized management for type 2 diabetes can make prevention and treatment of diabetes more scientiifc.
