探讨腹膜透析治疗糖尿病肾病的护理方法

To Investigate the Nursing Method of Peritoneal Dialysis in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropath

目的探讨糖尿病肾病终末期患者经腹膜透析治疗的护理方案。方法对32例采用腹膜透析的患者进行综合的护理措施,包括手术前对患者心理的准备、术中严格的无菌护理、术后饮食指导和并发症的预防等护理服务措施。结果 32例患者均顺利并成功完成腹膜透析治疗,未出现低蛋白血症、腹膜炎、重度贫血等并发症。结论在透析治疗中采用积极有效的护理措施对降低并发症的发生率,提高患者生活质量有重要的价值。

Objective To investigate the end-stage diabetic nephropathy patients by nursing scheme of peritoneal dialysis treatment.Methods The comprehensive nursing measures wereperformed on 32 patients with peritoneal dialysis.Including Preparation before operation on patients＇ Psychology, Strict aseptic nur sing during operation,and prevention of postoperative dietary guidance and complications.Results 32 patients were successfully completed the peritoneal dialysis treatment, without hypoproteinemia, peritonitis, severe anemia and other complications.Conclusion In the dialysis treatment by effective nursing measures to reduce the incidence ofcomplications, there is important value to improve the quality of life of the patients.
