慢性心衰患者的临床护理需求研究进展

Research Progress in Clinical Nursing Needs of Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床症候群,也是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,发病率高,死亡率高,严重的影响患者的健康和生命安全。本文总结近年来的临床工作经验,结合临床文献,对慢性心衰的临床护理需求研究进展进行了综述,从慢性心衰患者学习需求、健康教育需求、整体评估需求、自我护理需求、运动需求及院感控制需求等方面进行了分析。

Chronic heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome, but also a variety of end stage heart disease, high incidence, high mortality, affect the patient＇s health and life safety of serious. This paper summarizes the clinical experience in recent years, combined with the clinical literature, clinical nursing on demand for chronic heart failure were reviewed, analyzed from the aspects of chronic heart failure patients＇ learning needs, self integral nursing assessment requirements, health education demand, demand, movement and nosocomial infection control requirements.
