摘要
目的研究产妇-家庭为中心的护理理念在产科护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的122例产妇的临床资料,将产妇分为两组,每组各61例产妇。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用产妇-家庭为中心的护理模式,比较两组产妇的护理满意度、对产后知识了解情况。结果观察组护理满意度为98.36%,对照组护理满意度为83.61%。与对照组相较,观察组的护理满意度更为显著,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过给予产妇-家庭为中心的护理模式,有利于产妇了解到更多产后健康知识,提升护理满意度,便于产妇获取更加优质的护理服务。
Objective To investigate maternal-family-centered care and the concept of value in obstetrical nursing.Methods The clinical data of 122 cases in our hospital maternal, maternal divided into two groups, each 61 cases of maternal. The control group received usual care, maternal observation group-family-centered care model, comparing two groups of maternal satisfaction with care, postpartum knowledge to understand the situation.ResultsThe observation group was 98.36% Satisfaction care, group care and satisfaction for 83.61%. Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly more satisfaction with care, compared to statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion By giving women-family-centered model of care, help women learn more about postpartum health knowledge, improve care and satisfaction, easy to get more quality maternal care.
