宫外孕合并糖尿病术后预防感染的护理对策分析

Analysis of Nursing Countermeasure for Preventing Infection After Ectopic Pregnancy With Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨临床护理在预防宫外孕合并糖尿病术后感染方面的应用价值。方法选取在我院接诊的65例宫外孕合并糖尿病患者,其接受手术治疗,并对其术后进行整体护理,设为观察组。回顾性分析早期在我院接诊的64例宫外孕合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,同样接受手术治疗,并给予常规护理,设为对照组。结果在接受不同护理的情况下,两组患者术后感染的发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过接受宫外孕合并糖尿病手术治疗的患者进行临床整体护理干预,有利于促进患者术后康复。

Objective To study the clinical nursing in preventing postoperative infection of ectopic pregnancy merge diabetes application value.Methods65 cases were chosen in our hospital departments of ectopic pregnancy patients with diabetes mellitus, the surgery treatment, and the whole nursing, set as observation group. Early in our hospital wereretrospectively analyzed accepts the clinical data of 64 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients with diabetes mellitus, also underwent surgery therapy, and routine nursing care, set as control group.Results In the case of accept different nursing, two groups of patients compared the incidence of postoperative infection, differences, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionBy accepting surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy merge diabetes patients clinical overall nursing intervention, promote patients postoperative rehabilitation.
