高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期护理要点分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Points for Elderly Patients With Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的：探讨分析高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期护理要点。方法对我院2013年12月～2014年12月手术的62例高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的护理要点进行分析，随机分为观察组、对照组，每组31例。观察组患者实施围手术期护理，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生率均要低于对照组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施围手术期护理干预，可以有效改善患者的生活质量，减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the key points of perioperative nursing for elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures. MethodsTo our hospital in December 2013～ December 2014 surgery in 62 cases senile osteoporosis osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture of the nursing points of patients with analysis of randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 31 cases in each group. The observation group patients in the implementation of perioperative nursing,the control group of patients with conventional nursing, observation and contrast between the two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results The operation time, the amount of bleeding, hospitalization time and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention for the elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures,can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.
