摘要
目的探讨整体综合护理模式在糖尿病并发周围性面瘫临床效果。方法选取我院糖尿病并发周围性面瘫患者58例,平均分为对照组和观察组,采用不同的方式进行护理,比较两组患者护理的总有效率和复发情况发生的几率。结果经过护理后,观察组患者在治疗总有效率和复发情况发生几率情况方面具有优越性,P<0.05。结论整体综合护理模式应用于糖尿病并发周围性面瘫中效果更佳。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated care model in diabetic patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 58 cases of diabetes complicated with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into control group and observation group, using different methods of care, a probability of efifciency and the recurrence of the total nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, patients in the observation group the total efifciency and the superiority of relapse incidence in the treatment ofP〈0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode applied in diabetic peripheral facial paralysis is better.
