摘要
目的分析综合护理在慢性尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取慢性尿毒症血液透析患者70例,将其分为观察组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组血压情况优于对照组,且心脑血管并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在改善尿毒症血液透析患者血压及预防心脑血管并发症中应用效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect of the comprehensive care applications in chronic hemodialysis patients in.Methods Chronic hemodialysis patients, 70 cases were divided into observation group （integrated care） and control group （usual care） were compared nursing effect.ResultsAfter treatment, blood pressure observation group than the control group, and the incidence of cardiovascular complications than the control group, there was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Uremic comprehensive care in improving blood pressure and prevent heartand brain vascular complications in patients on dialysis ideal application effect.
