胫骨平台骨折患者围手术期实施护理干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention During Perioperative Period for Patients With Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的：观察胫骨平台骨折患者围手术期实施护理干预的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月～2015年1月收治62例胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料，按数字表法分两组，对照组予常规护理，研究组予围手术期护理，比较两组护理效果。结果研究组患者膝关节功能评分（89.71±9.41）分优于对照组（76.21±8.23）分；研究组骨折愈合时间较对照组更长；研究组并发症发生几率较对照组更小，比较差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胫骨平台骨折患者围手术期实施护理干预的效果显著。

Objective Tibial plateau fractures were observed in patients with perioperative nursing intervention implementation results. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2014 January 2015 treated 62 patients with fractures of the clinical data of the tibial plateau, according to the number table divided into two groups, the control group received usual care, the study group for perioperative care, nursing results were compared.ResultsStudy patients knee score （89.71±9.41） than the control group points （76.21±8.23） points, study group healing time longer than the control group, the study group than in the control group the chance of complications smaller differences are statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionTibial plateau fracture perioperative nursing interventions implemented signiifcant effect.
