椎管内麻醉患者围手术期舒适护理

Perioperative Comfort Nursing for Patients With Spinal Anesthesia

目的分析围手术期舒适护理对椎管内麻醉患者的影响。方法选择椎管内麻醉的手术患者100例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组及对照组,观察组患者围手术期予以舒适护理,对照组予以常规护理。结果观察组患者血压及心率波动小,焦虑及疼痛程度与对照组比较均较轻,差异具有统计学意义。结论围手术期舒适护理可增强椎管内麻醉患者的麻醉效果,利于术中的安全及术后的康复。

Objective To analyse inlfuence factors of comfortable nursing in patients with spinal canal anesthesia. Methods100 patients with spinal anesthesia were divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the random number table. The patients in the observation group received the comfortable nursing and the patients in the control group received routine nursing in the perioperative period.Results The lfuctuation ranges of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than that in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups. The degree of anxiety and pain in the observation group were less than that in the control group. There were signiifcant difference between the two groups.ConclusionPerioperative comfortable nursing canenhance the anesthetic effect for the patients with spinal canal anesthesia and conducive to the security and postoperative rehabilitation.
