妊娠合并糖尿病的产科护理体会

Nursing Experience of Obstetrics Nursing for Pregnancy With Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨优质产科护理措施应用于妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取近一年内我院收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者78例,随机将其分为观察组40例与对照两组38例,观察组采用常规护理模式,对照组采用优质产科护理措施,对比分析两组效果。结果观察组患者各项症状改善明显,产妇血糖水平优于对照组,且并发症较少,两组护理效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护理措施应用于妊娠合并糖尿病患者能够较好的稳定患者血糖水平,积极改善患者症状,并降低并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing measures for patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes. MethodsA total of 78 patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes in recent years in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and 40 cases in the control group two 38 cases, the observationgroup received routine nursing mode, the control group using the quality of obstetric nursing measures, compared two groups of results.Results In the observation group, the patients symptoms improved significantly, the maternal blood glucose level was signiifcantly better than the control group, and fewer complications, nursing effect of the two groups was signiifcant difference, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing measures applied in the patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes blood glucose levels in patients with stable to good, and actively improve the symptoms of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
