摘要
目的：探究在剖腹产围手术期应用心理护理的临床效果。方法选自我院2013年8月～2014年5月所收治的82例剖腹产产妇，按照入院的先后顺序随机分为实验组与参照组，各41例。参照组患者给予围产期的基础护理，实验组患者在参照组护理基础之上给予心理护理。结果实验组产妇的护理总有效率为95.12%，参照组产妇的护理总有效率为75.61%，实验组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论在剖腹产的围术期给予产妇优质的心理护理，可以有效缓解患者的不良情绪，保证产妇顺利分娩具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of applied psychology in cesarean section of clinical effect. Methods 82 cases treated by caesarean section maternal were chosen in August 2013～May 2014 in hospital, according to admission order were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, all the 41 cases. The basis of the control group patients give the perinatal care, nursing based on the experimental group patients in the control group given psychological nursing.ResultsThe maternal care the total effective rate was 95.12%, control group of maternal care the total effective rate was 75.61%, the experimental group was higher than control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe cesarean section of perioperative to give high quality maternal psychological nursing, can effectively alleviate the patient＇s bad mood, guarantee the easy childbirth puerpera has high clinical value.
