冠心病患者心理护理31例效果观察

Effect Observation of Psychological Nursing in 31 Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的：分析探讨心理护理对冠心病患者的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月～2014年6月我院收治的62例冠心病患者作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和对照组各31例，对照组采取常规的护理模式进行临床护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理，护理结束后，对比分析两组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分。结果实验组的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组患者（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论对冠心病患者实行有效的心理护理干预具有积极的临床价值，可以有效减少患者的焦虑抑郁心情，改善患者的治疗情绪，减少治疗阻力，促进患者恢复健康。

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods62 casesof coronary heart disease patients were chosen in April 2013 and June 2014 in our hospital as the research object, Randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 31 cases, the control group take regular clinical nursing, nursing mode of the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing psychological nursing, nursing after the analysis of the SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups of patients. The results of the experimental group SAS scores and SDS scores were lower than the control group patients （P〈0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. ConclusionEffective psychological nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease has positive clinical value, can effectively reduce the patient＇s anxiety depression, improve the treatment of patients with mood, reduce resistance treatment, promote patients recover, is worth to draw lessons from and promotion.
