老年输卵管癌的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing of senile carcinoma of the fallopian tube

目的评价加强护理干预在老年输卵管癌患者中的应用效果。方法以我院收治的80例老年输卵管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组则加强护理干预,就两组患者疗效与护理满意度进行对比。结果比较两组疗效与护理满意度,实验组总有效率、护理总满意率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年输卵管癌患者加强护理干预可显著提高疗效与患者护理满意度。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect of strengthening nursing intervention tube in patients with cancer in elderly fallopian.MethodsTo our hospital 80 cases of elderly patients with carcinoma of the fallopian tube as the research object, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each. The control regular nursing group of patients, the experimental group to strengthen the nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients on curative effect and nursing satisfaction.ResultsComparing the two groups of curative effect and nursing satisfaction, efifciency, total nursing total satisfaction rate of experimental group were signiifcantly higher than that of control group, differences weve statistical analysis of signiifcance.ConclusionTo strengthen nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical effect and patients＇ satisfaction in elderly patients with fallopian tube cancer.
