探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效

To investigate the efficacy of mifepristone treating uterine fibroids

目的：研究米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年10月收治的子宫肌瘤患者62例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组、对照组，各31例。观察组采用米非司酮治疗，对照组采用常规药物治疗，对其疗效进行比较与总结。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高，疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论米非司酮对子宫肌瘤疗效显著，能有效缩小瘤体，不良反应较小，有临床推广价值。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of mifepristone treatment of uterine fibroids.MethodsFrom January 2013 to October 2014,62 patients with uterine fibroids treated as the research object,its were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group was treated with mifepristone,the control group using conventional drug treatment,the treatment effect is compared and summarized.ResultsThe observation group total effective rate is higher than control group,curative effect is better than that of control group, signiifcant difference was found （P〈0.05）, with statistical signiifcance.ConclusionMifepristone for the treatment of uterine ifbroids effect signiifcantly,can effectively reduce tumors, less adverse reaction, has clinical value.
