氟康唑胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效研究

Effect of fluconazole capsules combined with baofukang suppository in the treatment of candidal vaginitis

目的观察氟康唑胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法将念珠菌性阴道炎患者177例随机分为治疗组93例和对照组84例。对照组给予氟康唑胶囊治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予保妇康栓治疗,6个疗程结束后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.55%高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎,可明显的改善患者的临床症状及体征,减少耐药性和不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect offluconazole capsules combined with Baofukang suppositories in the treatment of candidal vaginosis.Methods177 cases patients with candida vaginitis were randomly divided into treatment group（93 cases）and control group（84 cases）.Control group were treated with lfuconazole capsules,and treatment group added Baofukang suppositories .Observed the clinical effect of 2 groups after six courses.ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment group （93.55%）was higher than that of control group（78.57%）,the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionFluconazole capsules combined with Baofukang suppositories in the treatment of candidal vaginosiscan signiifcantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reducing resistance and adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
