妇科门诊阴道分泌物检查结果分析

目的：对妇科门诊阴道分泌物检查结果给予探讨。方法选取2014年1月～12月我院检验科收治妇科门诊患者150例作为研究对象，对所有患者阴道分泌物给予白带常规检查。结果阴道清洁Ⅰ、Ⅱ度患者共计29.33%，阴道清洁Ⅲ、Ⅳ度共计70.67%，其中患者表现为细菌性阴道病48例；阴道念珠菌病21例；滴虫性阴道炎11例，且患者的阴道清洁度越高，念珠菌、滴虫等细菌的检出率就越高。结论在阴道感染疾病中，细菌性阴道炎具有较高的感染率。
