近红外荧光检测嗜肺军团菌抗原的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨近红外荧光检测嗜肺军团菌(LP)抗原的应用价值。方法提取LP抗原制备免疫荧光LP抗体试剂盒,收集30例社区获得性肺炎患者晨尿和痰液标本,近红外荧光法检测尿液标本,细菌培养法鉴定痰液标本。结果尿液标本中LP抗原阳性4例。痰液标本中LP阳性3例。近红外荧光检测不与其他常见细菌发生交叉反应;其最低测出量为10ng/ml,稳定性及重复性良好。结论近红外荧光检测LP抗原灵敏度高、特异性好。 Objective To explore the application value of near infrared fluorescence in detecting legionella pneumophila(LP) antigen. Methods Immunofluorescenee LP antibody kit was prepared by extracting LP antigen. The specimens of morning urine and sputum were collected from 30 patients with community acquired pneumonia,which were examined by near infrared fluorescence and bacterial culture method, respectively. Results LP antigen was positive in 4 specimens of urine and in 3 specimens of sputum. Near infrared fluorescence detection had no cross reaction with other common bacteria. The minimum amount for the measurement of LP antigen with near infrared fluorescence was 10 ng/ml with good stability and repeatability. Conclusion The LP antigen detection of near infrared fluorescence has high sensitivity and strong specificity.
