成年女性骨性双颌前突错畸形固有口腔容积的三维测量分析 被引量:5

Analysis of capacity of the oral cavity proper in adult female with skeletal bimaxillary protrusion by 3-dimensional computed tomography

摘要 目的:采用三维重建技术,测量并比较成年女性骨性双颌前突患者和个别正常牙合的固有口腔容积的大小。方法:采用计算机辅助三维测量技术,对15名双颌前突成年女性和15名个别正常牙合成年女性的颌面部CT数据进行三维重建;在三维模型上划分固有口腔的界限并逐层分离出固有口腔后,利用系统自带软件对固有口腔的体积以及相关指标进行测量分析。结果:骨性双颌前突成年女性和个别正常牙合女性的固有口腔容积分别为(68.3±9.30)cm3和(62.99±10.10)cm3(P<0.05);双颌前突患者的固有口腔在矢状向上的投影面积、长度、高度均显著大于正常牙合(P<0.05),下颌骨长度显著小于正常牙合(P<0.05),但固有口腔的宽度两者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:三维测量固有口腔是一种确实可行的测量方法;通过测量双颌前突固有口腔的容积,可为后续研究提供理论依据。 AIM: To propose a new method for the measurement of oral cavity proper by using 3D reconstruction in adult female with skeletal bimaxillary protrusion. METHODS: CT data of 15 adult females with nomal occlusion and 15 with skeletal bimaxillary protrusion were obtained. The distinctions of oral cavity proper in the 3D model were marked and then separated layer by layer. MIMICS automatically gave the measurement results of oral cavity volume and the related indexes. RESULTS: The oral cavity proper volume of the subjects with bimaxillary protrusion and normal controls were( 68. 3 + 9. 30) cm3and( 62. 99 + 10. 10) cm3respectively( P〈0. 05). Sagittal projection area,oral cavity proper length,height and mandibular length also showed significant differences( P〈0. 05),but no significant difference was observed in width( P〉0. 05). CONCLUSION: 3D reconstruction is a feasible measurement method for oral cavity proper. Data in this study will provide a theoretical basis for further study.
