超声诊断孕11～13^＋6周胎儿颅脑畸形的应用价值 被引量：8

摘要 超声测量早孕期胎儿颈后透明层（nuchal translucency，NT）是筛查唐氏综合征胎儿有效的指标，目前已经被广泛应用于临床。临床研究显示超声可在孕11～13^＋6周检出部分胎儿结构畸形。颅脑结构畸形在胎儿畸形类型中较常见，关键在于早期诊断及早期处理。本研究旨在探讨孕11-13^＋6周超声诊断胎儿颅脑结构畸形的临床价值。
