组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎(histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis,HNL)又称为Kikuchi病或Kikuchi-Fujimoto病,好发于年轻女性的淋巴结炎症性病变。临床以发热和淋巴结肿大为主要症状,病理组织学以坏死和吞噬核碎屑的组织细胞为主及数量不等的淋巴细胞和浆细胞样单核(树突)细胞增生。HNL无特殊治疗(临床主要采取对症处理),多数属自限性疾病。绝大多数HNL预后较好,少数可有复发。近年来男性发病率上升,并有死于该疾病的报道,该文就HNL的临床病理分析及鉴别诊断等作一综述。
