带线锚钉治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折(附8例疗效分析)

Effect Analysis on Suture Anchors in Treating the Comminuted Fractures of Inferior Pole of Patella:8 Cases Report

目的探讨使用带线锚钉治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的可靠性及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2014年8月收治的8例髌骨下极粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料,均采用带线锚钉治疗。术后观察关节功能恢复及骨折愈合情况。结果本组所有患者手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,未见切口感染及延迟愈合。8例随访6～24个月,骨折均愈合,无分离移位,锚钉未见松动退出,患者均无伸膝受限。Lysholm膝关节评分平均91（88～93）分;膝关节功能：优7例,良1例。结论对于髌骨下极粉碎性骨折,采用带线锚钉是一种可靠的手术方式。

Objective To investigate the reliability and clinical curative effect of suture anchors for the treatment of patella distal polar comminuted fractures. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases with comminuted fracture of inferior pole of patella admitted from January 2008 to August 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated by internal fixation suture anchors. Results All cases were obtained primary healing without incision infection or delayed union. All 8 cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months. All fractures were union without bayonet apposition displacement or anchor screw loosening. The Lysholm score of knee joint was88 to 93 with an average of 91 points. Knee joint function was excellent in 7 cases and good in 1 case. Conclusion The treatment of suture anchors is a reliable and effective surgical intervention for the comminuted fractures of inferior pole of patella.
