负压封闭引流治疗腹壁感染创面的临床观察

Clinical Application of Vacuum Sealing Drainage( VSD ) in the Patients of Infectious Abdominal Wounds

目的探讨负压封闭引流（vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）在腹壁感染创面的应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析海军总医院烧伤整形科2013年7月～2014年7月收治的3例腹壁感染创面患者应用VSD的治疗方法。结果接受VSD治疗的3例患者中,感染均得以控制,经过3～4周期VSD治疗后创面均完全愈合。其中1例男性患者出现创周张力性水疱,其余2例患者治疗过程中未出现并发症。结论负压引流技术应用于腹壁感染创面治疗,操作简单,能有效吸除渗液、脓液,封闭死腔,并能有效地促进肉芽生长,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） technology on infectious abdominal wound surface. Method Three patients with infectious wound surface after abdominal surgery who were treated by vacuum sealing drainage,were retrospectively studied in our department from July2013 to July 2014. Results The three patients with infectious wounds surface were all healed very well who were treated by vacuum sealing drainage 3 ～ 4 times. One patient suffered tension blisters on the skin near the wound after VSD. There was no complications in the other patients＇ wounds. Conclusion VSD technology is an effective and convenient way in the treatment of infectious abdominal wound.
